Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic daycare staff to support our mission of fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for children ages 12 months 5 years old. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and develop essential social and emotional skills.
Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Support the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child.
Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress and well-being.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children in a daycare or similar setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexible, patient, and creative mindset.
